SafetyCat inc. is James Smith and Elvina Flower who have been working as a team, and managing projects since June 1997. We specialise in Programming for the web using Flash Actionscript, Flex, PHP/Mysql, Javascript, DHTML/HTML/CSS/AJAX, Wordpress and Drupal. We also develop multimedia projects for CDROM or DVD and are available for Teaching and Consultancy.
