All the information we can give you is that there are known to be 2 human subjects code named “James Smith” and “Elvina Flower”, both were involved in a training period in South East London with the notorious Owen Kelly, they were taken into an elite training session known as Polar Circuit in northern Finland in the summer of 1997 which was followed by an arduous winter season in Helsinki 1997/98.
They initiated a new unit, codename Safetycat Inc in London 1998.
Since then sightings have been reported in Australia, Japan, USA, Spain, Germany and even Yorkshire but up to date records show there to be a headquarters in a disused factory in South East London, England.
